Ser na Floresta
Forest School education is an alternative approach to traditional learning that focuses on outdoor experiences and exploration. The Forest School philosophy is based on the belief that children benefit greatly from spending time in nature, where they can learn about the environment and develop important life skills.

One of the main benefits of a Forest School education is that it provides children with hands-on learning experiences that are not available in a traditional classroom setting. Children are encouraged to explore the natural environment, learn about plants and animals, and engage in activities that promote creativity and problem-solving. This type of learning can help children develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for the natural world.

Another benefit of a Forest School education is that it promotes physical activity and health. Children who spend time outdoors are more active and are less likely to develop health problems such as obesity and diabetes. In addition, being in nature has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, which can have a positive impact on mental health and well-being.

Forest School education also promotes social skills and emotional intelligence. Children learn to work together, communicate effectively, and develop empathy and respect for others. This type of learning can help children develop strong relationships and build a sense of community.

Overall, a Forest School education can provide children with a unique and valuable learning experience that promotes physical, emotional, and social development. By spending time in nature and engaging in hands-on learning activities, children can develop important skills and gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for the natural world.
