Fit na Floresta
Fit na Floresta is our outdoor fitness service designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in the woodland.
Exercising in nature reduces stress, improves mood and increases energy levels. Training in the woodlands develops strength, balance and coordination in unique ways.
Our group sessions (max. 8 people) offer a more personal experience with personalised attention from our experienced trainers. We offer one-on-one personal training for a more personalised approach.
We also offer nutrition coaching to help you make positive changes to your diet and overall health. Our nutrition coach will work with you to develop a personalised plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. Eating a healthy, balanced diet can help to fuel your workouts, improve recovery time, and provide the nutrients your body needs to build and repair muscles.

All Year round (Excluding August).
Group Sessions (2-5 x per week); PT Sessions (packs of 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 per month); Nutrition Coaching (packs of 4 or 8 per month).
Limited spaces available. Places are offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
Registration is possible throughout the year as long as there are available slots. If no slots are available, you can join the waiting list.
No sessions will run during Bank Holidays.
